How to Tie the Fiador Knot

In this particular video I demonstrate how I learnt to tie the Fiador Knot. In this particular example I show how this knot can be used as a three looped key fob, then there are two remaining leads that can be turned into a fourth loop.

Fiador Knot as Part of a Halter

The Fiador knot is also sometimes known at the Theodore knot is a decorative knot used in equine applications and is often used in the making of rope halters, hobbles, on some Hackamore designs. The illustration below shows where this knot is used on a halter.
